Lauren Nixon is a Washington, D.C. based Food and Wellness Educator who guides people in cultivating spirit-filled lives through self-care practices and real, sustainable food. Using her experiences in food education, environmental education, urban gardening, and farming, she has developed a passion for creating spaces where people of all ages combine healthy food and self-care practices in order to gain a well-rounded understanding of how to nourish themselves.
